It is positioned in the centre of the village close to pubs, restaurants, shops, amenities, and the main village car park. There are beautiful beaches within walking distance, as is the historic St Mawes Castle, built during the reign of Henry VIII.
Access: Up the main stairs to the first floor and through double doors to a covered walkway. Little Egret is at the end.
Hall: Has an airing cupboard which contains Hoover, iron etc
Dining room: Dining table seats six with upholstered matching chairs and there is also occasional furniture adding to the charm of the room.
Kitchen: The wall and floor units are extremely well equipped with china, cutlery, serving bowls and utensils etc. There is a cooker with oven/grill, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, together with many other items giving an ‘own home' touch. The kitchen is also accessed from the hall.
Sitting room: Light and airy with a picture window giving wonderful views. There is a comfortable three-seater settee and armchair, a TV, Video & DVD plus a stereo system. There is also a telephone for incoming calls.
Master Bedroom: Has lovely views with a 5-foot double bed, duvet, pillows and large fitted wardrobe.
Second Bedroom: Has two 3-foot single beds with duvets, and pillows, a large fitted wardrobe and bookshelves.
Bathroom: Has a bath with an electric shower, washbasin and WC.
Laundry Room: Is to be found in the basement and has a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.
